Automatic function monitoring

Secure business processes rely on a stable system integration. ASSIST4 Communication Management System detects errors in all connected systems and therefore reduces downtime expenses.

ACMS usually runs as background "black box" service – so administrators of source systems and users of backend application systems asume an error-free data transfer.   Despite of high-reliability system environments, it can still happen that there are errors in business process chains between source systems and application systems of different types:

  • Source system or application systems are no longer physically accessible.
  • Data is incorrect.
  • Ressources can not be reached (e.g. net directories, servers).
  • ACMS has been closed.
  If there is no continuous monitoring of all connected systems, it can take some precious time until this error is detected, reported and finally fixed.   ACMS monitors your systems: Critical system conditions are detected automatically and reported to its administrator immediately to ensure safe communication again.
