The intelligent recognition software of DirectOrderControl identifies and extracts all relevant data automatically. It also includes various checks in this software operation ensuring precise recognition results.
In an intermediate step there is an option for data validation and plausibility checks with master data matching, but this can also be made up in the SAP®-customer order processing at any time later on.
All customer order data is prepared and provided for your sales personnel in their familiar SAP® interface. At this moment the first contact with your specialists happens – the cost-saving effect of the solution is obvious.
Processing continues in the usual way and ends in the final entry of the SAP®-order.
By using the DirectOrderControl Monitor your sales team maintains perfect transparency of all customer orders - right from receiving it in the mail room: Central customer order journal, amounts, processing status, sales volumes and much more can be checked easily in SAP®.
